Coach-Mentor Blueprint Training provides teachers/coaches with a mentoring framework for working with youth in physical activity and sport settings. Takeaway a step-by-step approach to create lasting, positive connections, and to positively impact the physical, social, and emotional health of youth. The workshop includes activities, skill development, and resources for integrating best practices in youth mentoring into your work with young people- particularly those from underserved communities. 

Session Objectives:

1-Leave with a framework for fostering positive relationships over the duration of a semester or season with students
2- Be introduced to skills they can utilize in building connections w/youth from diverse backgrounds
3- Have an increased ability to deliver lessons that meet the needs of individuals in their community
